LucyToni Designer Shoes and Boots try to guarantee all items purchased will be posted the following working day after receiving your order and payment confirmation. If you live in the UK delivery will be within 3 working days and 10 days if you live in the EU. For other parts of the world however delivery will take slightly longer, but we will attempt to utilize the best postal service available.

We also offer a ‘’Signed For’’ or ‘’Internationally Signed for Track and Trace’’ on orders over £70.00 where you will be given a tracking number to allow you to track the order until it is actually delivered. Some orders may be sent Standard Airmail to reduce your costs and you will know beforehand that this will be the case.
